Angle Dobbs and Ashley Dobbs were pulled over by State Trooper David Farrell because he saw them throw cigarette butts. He asked them about marijuana as he thought they acted weird and smelled marijuana.
Trooper searched the vehicle, but, couldn’t find anything and called female State Trooper, Kelley Helleson, to do body search.
